Outreach Services for those with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

Our Outreach Service covers Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and aims to provide initial contact for people with Acquired Brain Injuries and their families.

 

We can:

• Provide support and information over the telephone


• Make home or hospital visits where necessary to lend support and give information


• Link Clients and their families to other appropriate services which may be helpful


• Assist people with Acquired Brain Injuries and their families to access services at Headway Shropshire


• Assist Clients with moving on to further education courses or supported/ voluntary employment where appropriate
