Outreach Services
Our Outreach Service covers Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and aims to provide initial contact for people with Acquired Brain Injuries and their families.
We can:
- Provide support and information over the telephone
- Make home or hospital visits where necessary to lend support and give information
- Link Clients and their families to other appropriate services which may be helpful
- Assist people with Acquired Brain Injuries and their families to access services at Headway Shropshire
- Assist Clients with moving on to further education courses or supported/ voluntary employment where appropriate
