NHS Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team (CNRT)
A specialist NHS service supporting adults across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin who are living with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions. The team provides specialist rehabilitation through services including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and clinical psychology.
